We are pleased to announce that we have completed the acquisition of 2 detached units in Barrow adding circa 37,000 sq ft to their existing ownership at Furness Business Park.

Northern Trust already own the 13,215 sq ft Furness Gate office building and adjacent 70,171 sq ft Furness Business Park. The additional units will take the total floor area at Barrow to over 120,000 sq ft.

Northern Trust Company is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the disposal of a 1.7 acre site in Burton Joyce, Nottingham via Savills Nottingham Development Team to a local developer.

Outline planning consent was granted by Gedling Council for 15 new homes on the 1.7 acre site, located off Orchard Close.

We have officially launched the first phase of our new industrial development, Turnhouse Court in Newbridge.

Turnhouse Court provides 14 industrial units totalling 29,044 sq ft; with units ranging in size from 1,089 sq ft up to 4,175 sq ft. The units are arranged 3 terraced blocks with the central block incorporating back to back units.

The high specification units have been constructed with each unit incorporating integral office space, as well as benefitting from dedicated parking directly outside the property and generous circulation space.

Turnhouse Court will be actively managed by Northern Trust’s in house managing agents Whittle Jones Scotland alongside Colliers as joint lettings agents.
