Fellows Homes have confirmed they have started work on their new housing development at Duke Street, Chorley.
Ground works have now commenced on the first phase of the development, which when completed will provide 70 new homes in a range of 2 and 3 bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached family house styles. A proportion of affordable housing is also included and incorporates a range of 1 and 2 bed apartments. The new development follows on from the success of The Village Garden which now has its final few plots remaining.
Dave Fellows of Fellows Homes commented “The Village Garden scheme has proved a huge success and with the last remaining plots available we thought it would be the ideal time to commence work on the new development.”
Fellows Homes have also commenced that they can now offer the Help to Buy new Government backed scheme. Help to Buy equity loans are open to both first-time buyers and home movers on new build homes worth up to £600,000.
