Lanley Homes have completed their development of 4 new build properties on Station Road in Croston, a small village to the West of Chorley.
The 3 bedroom semi-detached homes have been finished to an exceedingly high standard to include: oak internal doors, bi-fold patio doors, individual kitchens and a choice of flooring throughout; all as standard items included within the price. The buildings are also very energy efficient utilising LED lighting and benefiting from solar water heating, harnessing the power of the sun to provide constant background heating of the water tank saving on gas.
Two of the 4 properties have sold off plan and the new owners were handed their keys on completion. Both purchasers have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of the homes.
Mr Philip Tipler who moved into number 79, commented “We are very pleased with our Lanley Homes house. The quality of the build and attention to details has been exceptional both internally and externally, making the house excellent value for money. This has been the third new build home we have purchased over the years and we must say the project management from start to finish has been second to none. We would have no hesitation in recommending the purchase of a new home from Lanley Homes.”
Lanley Homes was founded in 1988 to provide a range of small scale housing developments and one off individual bespoke homes. The company has undertaken a number of new builds with the most recent development of 2 prestigious stand-alone bespoke homes at Farington Lodge Gardens in Leyland. Lanley Homes are now looking for further sites on which to provide low volume quality new housing.
Neil McManus, Development Manager for Lanley Homes added, “Lanley have delivered some very high quality homes at Station Road and our customers have been very pleased with the product. We are now looking for additional sites and are happy to engage with land owners regarding land they have. Where sites don’t have planning Lanley will enter into promotional agreements with the land owners, where we shoulder the burden, cost and risk of gaining planning permission, whilst offering the land owner a market value for the land should planning be successful. It is a win, win situation for land owners.”
