HEALTHNET FIND NEW HOME AT ORBIT BUSINESS PARK SWADLINCOTE

Whittle Jones, Northern Trust’s in house managing agents are pleased to confirm that they have secured the 18,000 sq ft letting of Units 1 and 2 at their Orbit Business Park in Swadlincote.

They work closely with the NHS to provide their services and help alleviate capacity pressures on the NHS.

Orbit Business Park was rebranded last year following substantial refurbishment works which saw the estate split back into 6 individual units following vacation of the former tenant who occupied the site as a whole. The Business Park, which covers 45,724 sq ft now only has one unit available measuring 13,881 sq ft.
