The site will be marketed by ourselves on the basis of phased disposal or as a single entity. The greenfield site benefits from an attractive semi-rural location to the eastern fringe of Blackpool, with the benefit of close proximity to the M55 motorway. The residential element of the site has the benefit of a planning consent and provides the opportunity for developers to build out high quality, new homes in the short term.”
The site is predominantly located to the east of Blackpool Town Centre, on the edge of the built up area of Marton. It is contained by Mythop Road to the North, Preston New Road to the West, the M55 to the South and substantial woodland belt to the East.
