NORTHERN TRUST COMPLETES NEW DEVELOPMENT AT SNECKYEAT INDUSTRIAL ESTATE IN WHITEHAVEN

Northern Trust Company Ltd is pleased to announce the successful completion of its new 22,212 sq ft industrial/trade counter development at Sneckyeat Industrial Estate in Whitehaven.
The new development consists of 8 units at Northern Trust’s existing estate, located off Sneckyeat Road, which now spans 64,322 sq ft, comprising a mix of terraced, semi-detached, and individual buildings.
Ranging in size from 1,098 to 6,690 sq ft, the new units are designed to support local and regional businesses, providing modern, efficient spaces to accommodate the diverse needs of small and medium-sized industrial, trade counter, warehouse, and distribution operators. This expansion underscores Northern Trust’s commitment to investing in West Cumbria and further developing the area’s commercial infrastructure.
