NORTHERN TRUST FURTHER EXPANDS THE INDUSTRIAL PORTFOLIO

Northern Trust Company Ltd is pleased to announce that it has successfully secured planning consent for the development of over 50,000 sq ft in 25 new business units across four strategic locations, in the North East, North West, Midlands, and Yorkshire. This significant milestone underscores the company's commitment to fostering economic growth and supporting local communities through the provision of high-quality workspace which will create over 200 new jobs.
The newly approved developments are part of Northern Trust’s broader vision to continue to expand their business space offering and stimulate regional economic activity. This expansion reflects Northern Trust’s ongoing efforts to meet the growing demand for flexible and modern business space.
