Northern Trust Company Limited has appointed property agents Mason Owen as joint letting agents for their Argyle Industrial Estate in Birkenhead.
The estate, which is located on Appin Road, is half a mile from Birkenhead town centre, and a two minute drive from the Queensway Tunnel.
It has 69 units ranging from small terraced workshops starting at 484 sq ft, to larger industrial warehouse units up to 11,253 sq ft.
