NORTHERN TRUST LAND SECURES PLANNING APPROVAL FOR 20 NEW HOMES IN BRIXHAM

Northern Trust Land is pleased to announce that planning approval has been granted for the development of a 1.36-acre site off Pilgrim Close, Brixham. The approved scheme will deliver 20 new homes, comprising a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom properties, with 5 designated as affordable housing.
The illustrative layout has been designed to create a vibrant and attractive street scene, incorporating varied house typologies to establish character and visual interest throughout the development. The scheme aligns with Northern Trust’s commitment to delivering high-quality residential sites that contribute positively to local communities.
Following the approval, Northern Trust will now explore disposal strategies for the site, engaging with potential developers to bring the scheme forward.
