The plans which have been the subject of extensive discussions with South Ribble Borough Council and Lancashire County Council, will include generously sized plots with services laid to each boundary. The self build plots will provide the opportunity to build your own home designed they way you want it. There will be a variety of house sizes ranging from 2,000 sq ft upwards, but separate applications could be made if you wish to submit your own house style.
