THE VILLAGE GARDEN - LOVE IS IN THE AIR

The Village Garden, a new and exciting development of traditional homes, is proving very popular. With six houses now sold and occupied, and a further 6 reserved which are still under construction, home buyers really love the quality of their new homes.

Dave Fellows of Fellows Homes commented on the latest incentive “All of our customers have been saying how much they have loved the experience of purchasing their new homes, together with the quality of the houses on offer. This got us thinking that with February and Valentines Day approaching we could share that love with our new customers.”

The new development which will see the creation of 66 homes on the site at Quarry Road is a joint venture scheme between Northern Trust and local house builder Fellows Homes. The Village Garden is proving to be a huge success, with only a small range of 3 bedroom semi detached and detached homes and a single 2 bed starter home remaining available on phase 1. With its ideal pleasant location, the development has proved so popular that Fellows Homes are now taking early bird reservations for future phases.

Neil McManus of Northern Trust added “Fellows are producing a very high quality product at Quarry Road which is proving very popular with home buyers. People understand quality when they see and feel it. In fact things are going that well we can’t even get a show home finished as the houses keep selling once they are completed.”

Christine Worthington who has recently moved into her new Fellows Home after spending 2 and a half years of looking, is happy she has found exactly what she wanted. Mrs Worthington said “The whole process has been a pleasure.  It has been brilliant to be able to personalise our home before we moved in and at no extra cost. The choices are very wide and varied and mean you are getting a real uniquely individual home.”

She made use of the Fellows Homes agency scheme, which is provided in conjunction with Robinsons Estate Agents. Robinsons market your existing home for you and have had a truly excellent success rate at selling the houses of those who have opted for the agency scheme. Once your house is sold all the agency fees are covered by Fellows Homes, so there are no additional costs.
